The bonus structure that I’ve implemented for my own gaming company is the most important part of the company. This helps make it possible for all involved to earn a good wage. I’ve set it up so that you get a percentage bonus for every game site you sell. But you also get a portion of the sale that results from a sale of a game site that you sold to someone else. {That’s level 2.} Then you get a percentage from the sales from level 2 sales! This is level 3. There is plenty of opportunity to make an adequate income with this program structure.
